before 4:30p.m. on July 28, 2022 to complete the transfer procedures.
For application by post, the postmark date of July 28, 2022 (last date of
stock transfer) shall prevail. For those who participate in centralized
stock transfer, the Company’s stock transfer agent will proceed with the
transfer procedures directly according to the information submitted by
