employees, the Company's total number of outstanding shares has been
affected. Thus, the Chairman is authorized to adjust dividend payout ratio
in accordance with the resolution made by the shareholders' meeting on
May 31, 2022.

If the Company's outstanding shares are affected by the issuance or
redemption of restricted stocks or other legislative factors prior to the
ex-dividend date, which leads to change in dividend payout ratio, the
