SOLAR has completed registration change regarding cancellation of restricted employee shares

(1)Before the issued restricted employee shares are redeemed and cancelled:
SOLAR's paid-in capital is NT$5,961,752,430,
with outstanding shares of 596,175,243 and BVPS of NT$22.90.
(2)After the issued restricted employee shares are redeemed and cancelled:
SOLAR's paid-in capital is NT$5,961,562,430,
with outstanding shares of 596,156,243 and BVPS of NT$22.90.
