1. As of December 31, 2023 and 2022, the combined company's unrecognized
contractual commitment amounts to Gassenray were NT$ 9,524 thousand and
NT$ 68,468 thousandrespectively.
2. As of December 31, 2023 and 2022, the company's unrecognized contractual
commitment amounts to Dongxian Engineering were NT$ 41,373 thousand and
NT$ 602 thousand respectively.
3. As of December 31, 2023, the company's unacknowledged contract commitment
amount to Rytass was NT$ 14,048 thousand.
4. As of December 31, 2023, the company's unrecognized contractual commitment
amount to Boyu was NT$ 5,000 thousand.
5. As of December 31, 2020, the company's unacknowledged contract commitments
amounted to NT$ 3,202 thousand.

1. 2012 and 2011, the company paid consulting fees to other related parties
-GSR, which were NT$10,500 thousand and NT$ 9,650 thousand respectively,
which were included in the management expenses.
2. 2023, the company paid consulting fees of NT$ 400 thousand to substantial
related parties, which were included in management expenses. As of
December 31, 2023,the company's unacknowledged contractual commitments to
substantial related parties amounted to NT$ 6,267 thousand.
3. 2023, the company collected rental income of NT$ 1,887 thousand from
affiliated enterprises.
