1. As of March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023, the combined company's
unrecognized contractual commitment amounts to Rytass were NTD 20,993
thousand and NTD 14,048 thousand respectively.
2. As of March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023, the combined company's
unrecognized contractual commitment amounts to Boyu were NTD 7,472
thousand and NTD 5,000 thousand respectively.
3. As of March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023, the combined company's
unacknowledged contract commitment amounts to Kiitzu were NTD 4,785
thousand and NTD 3,202thousand respectively.
4. As of March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023, and March 31, 2023, the
combined company's unreco gnized contractual commitment amounts to GSR

included in management expenses; as of March 31, 2024 and December
31, 2023, the combined company paid The amounts of contractual
commitments that have not yet been recognized by substantial related
parties are NT$4,601 thousand and NT$6,267 thousand respectively.

income of NTD 834 thousand from affiliated enterprises.
