before 4:00p.m. on July 22, 2025 to complete the transfer
procedures.For application by post, the postmark date of July 22,
2025 (last date of stock transfer) shall prevail. For those who
participate in centralized stock transfer, the Company’s stock
transfer agent will proceed with the transfer procedures directly
according to the information submitted by Taiwan Depository &
Clearing Corporation.
