The civil action filed by Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center (SFIPC) to dismiss the Company’s Independent Director, Mr. Chang-Por Wu.

today that Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center has appealed to
the Court for dismissal of Mr. Chang-Por Wu as the Independent Director.
The appeal is a civil matter (case number: Intellectual Property and
Commercial Court – Year 2022 Shang-Tiao No. 1) and the mediation procedure
is scheduled at 9:30 am on 2022/03/22.

The Company is under normal operation, and the incident has no material
impact on its finance or business.
